Because all of our products are personalised items it is necessary to provide your personalisation requirements. We may contact you before processing your order if we require confirmation or clarification of your requirements. Your order will be processed promptly upon receipt of your reply and normally be despatched next working day.
All payments are processed using PayPal a secure way to pay. You can either use your current PayPal account, register or just enter your card details. All payments will be processed immediately. If you have a problem using PayPal please give us a call or email us and we will do our best to assist you.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Shipping And Handling Deliveries are normally made by first class post to UK mainland addresess. For addresses outside the UK mainland we will confirm deliviery arrangements and cost with you before proceeding with your order or charging your account. Delivery Schedule We normally despatch your order next business day. We welcome telephone and email enquiries if you are unsure about any aspect of our service or you have particular requests. You will be surprised just how flexible and creative we can be to accomodate your requirements. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Custom Collars do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

If you have received a product which is faulty we request you contact us by email or phone in which time we can come to an agreement. If you have received a faulty item do not use it, this is for hygiene reasons, please contact us as soon as possible. If you wish to return the product because you have changed your mind the decision will be made on a case by case basis. The item must not have been used on any pet. We are in no way responsible for you choosing the wrong size, if you have chosen the wrong size you may contact us and we will see how we can assist you. Please make sure the size you choose is accurate before you make your order.
